    What types of items do you authenticate?

    Designer bags, clothing, shoes, accessories, fine jewelry and high-end streetwear from 67 brands, including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Gucci, Cartier, Chrome Hearts, Stone Island and Supreme. We don't authenticate sneakers from brands like Nike or Jordan. Not sure if your item fits? Ask before you order.

    How definitive are your verdicts?

    Every authentication ends with one of three verdicts: authentic, not authentic or inconclusive. If a verdict is inconclusive, we explain exactly why, usually missing information, unusual details or conflicting signals, so you can decide how to proceed.

    Do you use AI or automated tools to authenticate items?

    No. Every authentication is performed by Boaz, a human luxury specialist. Digital tools may help organize reference material, but your verdict is always based on human judgement, never on an algorithm.

    Pricing & payments

    How is pricing calculated for my item?

    Pricing is per item and depends on what you're authenticating: from $20 for streetwear, $40 for designer clothing, shoes and accessories, $50 for most designer bags and $80 for Chanel and Hermès bags, which get an extended review. Prices are in USD; your bank or payment provider handles currency conversion.

    Are there any hidden fees?

    No. The price for your item type includes the full human review, the written verdict and the PDF certificate. Follow-up questions and clarifications are free.

    Can I submit multiple items at once?

    Yes. You can add several items to one order and each item is priced individually. If you're a store or reseller and need ongoing volume checks, contact us about a tailored arrangement.

    How fast will I receive my verdict and certificate?

    In most cases within 24 hours of submitting clear photos. Complex cases or missing information can take longer, and we'll let you know if we expect a delay.

    Do you offer rush authentication?

    No paid rush options. Every item is reviewed as quickly as possible within our standard 24-hour window, which keeps the process fair for every client.

    What happens if you can't give a confident verdict?

    First we'll ask for additional photos or context. If the verdict is still inconclusive, we explain why and refund your order in full. We refuse to guess, and we'll never push you into a yes or no we can't stand behind.

    Many clients submit our verdict and certificate as evidence when a buyer questions authenticity or a platform reviews a case. We can't control platform decisions, but we give you credible, human-reviewed documentation that supports your side.
