Refund policy
At Legitique, fairness comes first. When a customer has a valid reason to request a refund, we believe they deserve to be treated reasonably. We are not here to profit from mistakes or misunderstandings. Our focus is on building trust and long-term relationships, not locking customers into situations they feel stuck in. If you believe something went wrong, reach out to us and we will always review your case with care and fairness.
Situations where we offer full refunds
If the same authentication service was purchased more than once for the same item by mistake, we will refund all duplicate purchases. The initial order will still be completed. Please contact us to clarify this, as multiple purchases are otherwise assumed to be intentional and may be processed separately.
If an item submitted for authentication was not reviewed due to a technical issue or an internal error on our side.
Situations where partial refunds or credits may apply
If an authentication result is proven to be incorrect using at least five independent and reliable sources, we will provide either a full refund or credits toward future services without unnecessary discussion.
Situations where refunds cannot be issued
Refunds are not granted based on disagreement with the authentication outcome. Our role is to provide an honest and objective verdict. Changing outcomes to match expectations would undermine the credibility of our service. This applies regardless of whether an item was expected to be authentic or not.
Refunds will not be issued for fraudulent claims or misuse of our policies.
Once an authentication has been completed, a refund cannot be granted if the result was not accessed due to reasons outside our control, such as incorrect contact details, missed notifications, or failure to check messages. If this occurs, you are encouraged to contact us so we can review the order together.
Discounted bundles or package deals that include multiple authentications are non-refundable. These offers are priced lower intentionally, and refunding them would conflict with our pricing structure.
Refunds cannot be processed if no request was made. If you believe an issue occurred, simply contact us at support@legitique.com and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Our goal is always to act in good faith. If something does not feel right, get in touch with us and we will take the time to make it right where possible.
