A date code alone doesn't prove a bag is real. Boaz looks at how every detail fits together, because that's where even good replicas fall apart.

    Format, font and placement, and whether the code matches the model, factory and production period.

  2. Heat stamps

    Letter shapes, spacing and stamp depth. Replicas often get the 'O' or the spacing between letters slightly wrong.

Is a date code enough to prove my bag is real?

No. Replicas often copy real date codes. A code only helps when it matches the model, the factory, the production period and every other detail of the bag. That's why Boaz reviews the whole bag, not just the code.

Which photos do I need for a bag?

The front, back, sides and base, the interior, the heat stamp, the date code or serial tag, hardware and zipper pulls up close, and the stitching on handles and corners. The photo guide shows examples.

How much does a bag check cost?

€44,95 per bag. Chanel and Hermès bags get an extended review for €71,95. The price includes the human review, the written verdict and the PDF certificate.

Will the certificate help with a PayPal or marketplace dispute?

Many clients submit our verdict and certificate as evidence when they dispute a purchase. We can't control platform decisions, but you get clear, human-reviewed documentation that supports your case.
